Microsoft has revealed that it would empower Africa’s financial service providers (FSPs) by bringing together existing and new industry capabilities to deliver a more seamless and customised cloud-based experience. This was disclosed by the Marketing and Operations Director for Microsoft Middle East and Africa, Hoda Younan.

The tech company has decided to unpack its Digital transformation journey to help transform Nigeria’s FSPs.

Younan expressed further that Microsoft has already helped many FSPs to embrace change and unlock new creation on their digital transformation journey as these FSPs need to accelerate transformation as a business priority.

The Country Manager for Microsoft Nigeria, Mrs Ola Williams said that amongst several factors driving the urgency to digitise, the call for more sustainable and cost effective business systems is priority.

She added that the company is focused on providing services that facilitate a trusted cloud with pervasive intelligence that will help FSPs improve on how they manage risk, empower employees and deliver engaging customer experiences.
