Spotify expects to have in excess of 400M monthly active users and over 177 million premium subscribers by the end of the year.
Up from 165 monthly paid subscribers and 365 million active users in the third quarter, the company has recorded a growth of 172 million paid subscribers and 381 million active users.
Spotify recorded an increase in the average revenue per user, from €4.29 to €4.34 and this represents an increase of 4% year over year.
The company made an overall profit of €2 million in the third quarter.
