Microsoft billionaire founder, Bill Gates, has said he tested positive for Covid-19.
He announced on Twitter that he’s experiencing mild symptoms and he’s also following experts’ advice by isolating himself until he’s healthy again, he added that he’s fortunate to have been vaccinated and boosted.
Gates further said that for the first time in two years, the Gates Foundation was coming together and he is meeting them virtually on Microsoft Teams.
He further said the team will continue working with partners and use all possible means to ensure that they do not have to deal with a pandemic again.
It has been reported that in total, the Gates Foundation has committed at least $1.75 billion to support the global response to Covid-19.
